As the only maritime signaling station that still remains in the United States, the Portland Observatory is a great first stop for visitors. Standing at 86 feet tall, it is hard to miss and offers a stunning view of the city.

Victoria Mansion
Built between 1858 and 1860, the Victoria Mansion is a beautiful display of architecture, furniture, and art. The mansion was granted National Historic Landmark status in 1971.
The mansion is open for tours - visit during your stay in Portland to view the art, stained glass, and other beautifully crafted features the mansion has to offer.
